What methods of payment do you accept?
For your complete security we recommend payment by credit card,
(Visa, MasterCard or American Express) alternatively you can pay
by Western Union Money Transfer or directly to our bank account.
How
much will it cost?
We are honest and upfront about our pricing structure, we don't
force any extras on you or addon mystery charges later. You'll
have a clear understanding of the cost before the project begins
and no surprises when you receive the final invoice.
How much will
the website cost each year?
Our design plan includes everything free for the first year. After
that you only pay for the domain name (currently $12.95/year)
and web hosting (currently $33/year).
Who
owns the completed Web site?
Once the final payment is received, you will receive 100% ownership
of your Web site.
How
long will it take for you to design my website?
Your website will be completed within 2 weeks, often within 7-10
days, you will need to make sure you are available during the
design process to give us feedback about how the design is looking,
and answer our questions about the content or layout. As part
of our service policy we will always give you an expected completion
date.
What
design tools and languages do you use?
For graphic design we use Adobe Photoshop and for web page design
Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, our pages are normally designed in
HTML with some JavaScript and CSS, we have experience of PERL,
CGI, XML, PHP, MySQL, DHTML, Cold Fusion, we can also design pages
and graphics using Macromedia Flash.
Do
you provide images?
Yes we have a source of royalty free images. If possible we like
you to provide some of your own images as well (i.e. products,
factory, employees) to give the site a 'real' feel.
I want
to update my website, how can I do it?
If you are familiar with HTML then you can use notepad or cuteFTP
to carry them out. If you are familiar with Dreamweaver or Homesuite
or other editing packages you can use them too. If you require
us to build a "content management system" to assist
you in maintaining your website we can. Many clients prefer this
custom built solution.
Are
there any hidden costs or contracts?
No hidden costs or contracts, our packages are fully inclusive
for the first year. If later you want to stop using your site
or take it to another host, you can do at anytime.
What
support do you offer me?
We want you to be completely satisfied, we will make sure your
website, email, statistics and any other features are working
fully. We even do minor alterations free for the first year and
we'll give you help on customising your site. Please bear in mind,
we try to offer great value design packages, we haven't budgeted
for giving hours of lessons on web design or programming, but
don't worry we'll always be here for you.
I don't
live near you, can you design a website for me?
Yes, we provide our services worldwide; to date we have clients
in US, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain,
Australia, Hong Kong, Thailand and Malaysia. It's our job to design
websites internationally; we have everything in place to make
sure we can do it to your satisfaction.
How many words
and pictures do you allow me per page?
As a guide, each page is allowed up to 200 words and 4 pictures,
a little more, we won't worry. But we need to tell you this because
some people in the past have expected us to design a page with
thousands of words, 50+ pictures for the basic fee. If you need
more we can do it, all at our usual low prices.
Should
I hire a professional copywriter?
Your Web site copy is your "salesperson."
It is the only persuasive element of your site. Copy - if written
properly - is what reaches your customers on a personal level
and shows them how you are the solution to their problems. Words
are our sole source of communication. They trigger our emotions
and are the defining factor in most of our decisions (especially
our buying decisions). A professional copywriter understands how
to blend emotion, the communication style of your target customer,
and the details and facts about your business into a harmonic
flow that is well received by your clients and triggers a desire
to buy. In addition, if search engine positioning is of
importance to you, you need to realize that the selection of effective
keywords and delicate balance of keyword saturation in your copy

What kind of guarantee do you offer?
We completely guarantee our design work. If after viewing the
initial drafts you are not satisfied and wish to discontinue work
on the site, we will refund your deposit IN FULL.If you decide
to continue to work with us, we offer you unlimited revisions
of the draft until the point that you are 100% satisfied.
